Ingredients of Dish

1 : fish / 200g , 2 : olive oil / 200ml , 3 : lemon juice / 50ml , 4 : black pepper / 1/2tsp , 5 : ginger powder / 1/2tsp , 6 : garlic powder / 1/2tsp , 7 : salt / 1/2tsp , 8 : soy sauce / 10ml , 9 : baby mashrooms / 4x , 10 : mint sauce / 100ml , 11 : salad / few leaves ,

 

Method of Dish

1: take a bowl and add inside olive oil, salt, lemon juice, ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and soy sauce and mix well.
2: take fresh salmon fish and marinate completely and leave for 10-20min.
3: put a frying pan on medium-low heat and add oil, put fish inside the pan and fry 3-5 min each side or till golden brown.do not fry longer. done.
