1: take a large bowl and add yogurt and all recommended spices, mix well and keep aside.
2: now put a wok on medium heat with oil then oil gets hot put inside sliced onion and fry till light brown and then add the cinnamon stick and whole black pepper and fry more till golden brown.
3: then onion turns into a golden brown color, add mutton and cook 10min or until mutton changes color. now is time to add 1-liter water and cover the wok for 40-50min.
4: Open the cover and check if mutton is ready like 70% then add the yogurt mixture and mix well and again cover the pot and cook for 10-15min.
5: 1fter 15 min open the cover and cook on medium-high heat for 10 min and then add butter and more cook for 10-15min on medium-high heat.done
