Short Discription

These Fresh Spring Rolls are even better than you’d find at a restaurant, and they’re incredibly easy and healthy! Served with a delicious bbq sauce,

 

Ingredients of Dish

1 : rice sheets / 1 pack , 2 : boiled chicken / 200g , 3 : mix salad / 100g , 4 : bell pepper / 100g , 5 : spring onion / 1 bunch , 6 : fresh coiander / 1 bunch , 7 : olive oil / 1tbs , 8 : soy sauce / 2tsp , 9 : dip sauce / barbecue , 10 : rice noodles / 100g ,

 

Method of Dish

1: Bring a medium saucepan of water to boil. Boil rice noodles 10 minutes, or until soft, and drain.
2: take a large bowl and put all vegetables, boiled chicken, boiled rice noodles, soy sauce, olive oil and mix them well.
3: Fill a large bowl with water. Dip one wrapper into the water for max 30 seconds to soften. Lay wrapper flat. In a row across the center, place vegetable mix. on the wrapper. Fold uncovered sides inward, then gently roll the wrapper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. done
