A pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter.
1: take a large glass bowl and add 3x egg yolk, beat with the whisk and add sugar, warm butter, vanilla essence and continue mix 2min then add 120ml milk and mix continue with a whisk. later add 200g all-purpose flour and mix till a smooth batter.
2: in other large bowl take egg whites and whip them until smooth and foamy.
3: 1/2 of whipped egg white add in the batter and mix gently and then add the other 1/2 and repeat the same.
4: put the wide pan on medium-low heat and brush with butter. pour the batter in the pan as big is pan if you have 26cm wide pan so 150ml batter is a perfect amount. cook 5min each side or till light brown color. ( note: do not make even medium flam but medium-low or low flame ).
repeat the same for the rest of all batter and after that add some fresh fruits like blueberries, strawberry or banana for topping and with the honey of course. done.
