pasta is a type of italian food typically made from an unleavened dough of durum wheat flour mixed with water or eggs, and formed into sheets or various shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking.
1: Boil water in a large pot To make sure macaroni doesn’t stick together, use at least 2l water and 1tbs oil for 300g macaroni. 2: Pour pasta into boiling water.it will soften up within 30 seconds and fit into the pot and stir it well. always taste the pasta before draining to make sure the texture is right like 80% ready and Drain cooked pasta well. 3: Fry the ginger garlic paste over medium-low heat in a large saucepan or flameproof casserole dish for 5 mins. add the bell pepper and fry for 7 mins over medium heat. and after Add the chicken and fry for more 5 mins over medium heat. and after this add the tomato puree and cook more 5 mins over medium heat. after Add the rest all spices and fry for more 3 mins over medium heat. now Add the full cream and mix well then 3 mins more over a medium heat. 4: turn off the heat and now add the boiled macaroni into sauce miz them gently and on the top put some sliced basil leaves. done BON APPETIT
