Short Discription

a standard cupcake uses the same basic ingredients as standard-sized cakes: butter, sugar, eggs, and flour. nearly any recipe that is suitable for a layer cake can be used to bake cupcakes. the cake batter used for cupcakes may be flavored or have other ingredients stirred in, such as raisins, berries, nuts, or chocolate chips.

 

Ingredients of Dish

1 : all purpose flour / 120g , 2 : cocoa powder / 50g , 3 : baking powder / 1tsp , 4 : sugar / 200g , 5 : milk / 130ml , 6 : oil / 100ml , 7 : ready coffee / half cup , 8 : eggs / 2x , 9 : ready cream / 150g , 10 : vanilla essence / 1tsp ,

 

Method of Dish

1: in a large mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sugar and mix until just combined. be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to make sure everything gets mixed in.
2: in other large bowl add milk, egg yolks, vanilla essence, coffee, and oil, and mix until combined.
3: dry ingredients and milk mixture mix together, do it slowly and gently and the batter should be very smooth.
4: in other large bowl take egg whites and whip them until foamy. 5: whipped egg whites also mix with cupcake batter and mix well gently.
6: fill each cupcake liner 70%. bake at 180°c for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7: remove cupcakes from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting with your favorite frosting. done
