1: for pizza dough take a large bowl and add water and east mix well then add salt, sugar, oil, eggs and whisk it gently. the add all-purpose flour little by little and mix with hand and then use your hand palm to mix, it takes 7-9min to smooth and non-sticky dough. then dough gets smooth wrap the bowl with the plastic sheet for 40-50min or till double.
2: for pizza sauce add the oil in the frying pan and put on medium-low heat then add tomato puree salt and chili powder it will take 5min.
3: remove pizza sauce from the pan and putt chicken with 2tbs pizza sauce.
cook on medium heat for 5-8min. chicken is done.
4: slice all vegetables and olives make the half cut.
5: put the dough on the countertop with the dust of flour and make in 2pcs, make them a nice round shape.
6: take a dough piece and roll out till 36cm in a circle shape not more than 2-3mm thick.
7: take a 32cm backing plate and put this stretched dough in the plate and extra corners fold inside the plate and press gently with fingers.make some small holes with a knife.
8: now spread the sauce on pizza bread till corners with a spoon. then spread chicken, vegetables, olives and in the last spread mozzarella cheese on the top.
put the pizza inside 350°c preheated oven for 12-15min. done.
