chicken karahi, and kadai chicken, is a dish from the pakistani subcontinent noted for its spicy taste; it is notable in pakistani and north indian cuisine.
1: put a wok on medium heat and add oil, then oil gets hot add the chicken and salt, fry it till chicken change color.
2: add half cut tomatoes and cover the wok for 10-15min.
3: now remove the tomato's skin and mix well. cover the wok for 10-15min on medium heat or till all tomatoes dissolve.
4: add fresh garlic and all recommended spices and mix well.
5: cook 5min on medium-high heat. and then add yogurt and cook more 7-10min on medium-high heat.for topping green chili and ginger .done
